What was the highlight of Surfers Aquarius on the Beach
Overall a great property needing some minor improvements
We booked an Ocean front deluxe 3 bedroom apartment and were given unit 25A. The apartment was large, spacious and well furnished. The views were absolutely amazing! Sea breezes for days!! The beach front location and complex facilities were nice and relaxing to come back to after long days out exploring. Underground secure parking was included on request (height restrictions of 2.1m). We found checkin and out very easy because the instructions provided were extensive, specific and easy to follow. Even with the few negative things we experienced our family of 3 adults and 3 kids (13,10,8) would happily stay here again.
It was neat and tidy but overall wasn’t very clean. The dishwasher also didn’t work the entire time we were there even after a technician visited and confirmed they’d fixed it. It was disappointing because it’s one of those time saving luxuries you want, and pay for, when you’re on holiday with the family. I advised via email and messages through booking.com that these things should be checked before new guests arrive. There was also food left all over the pots and the electric fry pan which was gross. At the time of booking I wasn’t aware that the accommodation is run more like a hotel, without the daily house keeping, than like a home stay. So you’ll need to bring or buy toiletries including toilet paper, dish washing liquid or tablets, garbage bags and laundry liquid etc as what’s included is VERY limited for stays more than 3 days or in our case where some items were completely non existent or inadequate for the amount of guests to be accommodated.

Perfect Beachfront Apartment with Spectacular Views.
Perfect Beachfront Apartment with Spectacular Views. Location was perfect, with own beachfront entrance. Loved our apartment, very spacious and modern. Outdoor pool, Indoor Pool, Playground and BBQ facilities were great and well presented. Reception is nice and staff were friendly and helpful. Overall we loved our stay at Surfers Aquarius On The beach and will definitely stay again.

Awesome
The games, books and toys in the cupboards were fantastic! Exceptionally clean and tidy apartment. View was fantastic.
There were no tissues and only 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. For a 5 bed unit it wasn't really enough. Some of the furnishings and fixtures (e.g. handles of drawers and cupboards- which were rusted) were dated and could do with updating
